We assess and certify the legal conformity of your in-house waste management in accordance with the requirements of the Commercial Waste Ordinance.

The Commercial Waste Ordinance places all non-private waste producers under a specific obligation to act with regard to the internal organization of waste management. It requires you to document and present your results to the supervisory authority upon request. We advise and support you in the implementation, e.g. in the documentation or optimization of the operational collection logistics. If a certain separation rate is achieved, we are authorized to issue you a confirmation in accordance with § 4 Para. 5, so that you can transfer your mixtures to thermal recycling in a cost-effective and at the same time legally compliant manner.
