Did you know? The "Central Office" uses artificial intelligence to check the test results and reports of approved examiners. In the event of discrepancies, there are queries. However, in case of obvious errors, the auditor is threatened with removal from the register. Starting in 2024, there will be another comparable (but not identical) audit requirement, which concerns single-use plastic products that are subject to a littering levy (§§ 10 and 11 EWKFondsG).
