The Commercial Waste Regulation (GewAbfV) requires non-private waste generators to collect waste separately and to document their operational waste management practices. Compliance with these requirements must be demonstrated to the relevant authorities. The audit focuses in particular on separate collection, the traceability of material flows, and the completeness of the required documentation.
Provided that the legal requirements are met, we confirm compliance with the requirements, for example regarding the separate collection rate pursuant to Section 4(5) of the GewAbfV.
