Declarations of Completeness

We certify to manufacturers that their declarations of completeness have been prepared in accordance with the law pursuant to Section 11 of the Packaging Act (VerpackG) and that they have been filed on LUCID.

Single-Use Plastic Fund Act

We certify to manufacturers that they comply with the requirements of the Single-Use Plastic Fund Act (EWKFondsG) and that they have correctly reported their data to DIVID.

RecyClass Certifications

We audit and certify plastic recyclers, plastic processors, and sorting facility operators in accordance with RecyClass requirements and confirm the conformity of their processes.

Blue Angel

We certify that manufacturers of plastic goods comply with the requirements of the Blue Angel (DE-UZ 30a) and thus meet the criteria for particularly environmentally friendly products.

Battery Act

We certify that manufacturers and distributors comply with their obligations under the Battery Act (BattG) and, as publicly appointed experts, prepare the necessary expert opinions regarding the approval of OfHs and their monitoring of performance.

As publicly appointed and sworn experts, we prepare independent expert opinions for companies to provide legally binding clarification of complex issues.

Commercial Waste Regulation

We certify that commercial waste generators are in compliance with their obligations under the Commercial Waste Regulation (GewAbfV).
